From the legendary Skatalites to King Tubby’s dub effects to Sly & Robbie’s massive drum & bass sound, you cannot underestimate the importance of these pioneers in the global universe of groove. On this night, the air will be filled with tropical flavours & big basses. Expect reggae-inspired music from all over the globe: Contemporary roots reggae & dancehall from Spain meets transglobal balkan dub, which together with some fresh african reggae riddims morphes into raggajungle topped with a little dubstep reggaesound. Bob Marley undoubtedly will be around, but the main focus will be on the non-jamaican productions.
