Woensdag a.s. (30 mei) spelen CIRCLE J in de ACU (www.acu.nl) als support van de te gekke Russischeklezmer/ska/polka/punkband Iva Nova. Johan 'Carrera Thick Shag' Perk zalvoor het eerst als gastmuzikant het podium beklimmen, dus nog een extrareden om te komen kijken. Hopelijk komen jullie allemaal en wordt het net zo'n groot feest als de laatste keer met Skontra! Je hebt nog een dag om jebaas te vertellen dat je donderdag wat later op je werk verschijnt. De zaalis open om 21.00 uur, entree is 6 euro.

Tonite (wednesday) is gonna be LaFFiesta in Winkel van Sinkel with DJ Tommi (who returned from 10 weeks Asia). It's the closing party of the Latin American Film Festival (http://www.laff.nl/2007/index.php?lng=ENG), which was last week at the Louis Hartloopercomplex.

Tomorrow Dub Trio will visit the Ekko. Presented by Dub Infusions and with sounds of Cold Sweat & Smartin.

elephantsounds sat may 19 cancelled

Dear friends

next saturday may 19 there will be NO elephantsounds because of the Counterculture festival which is going on in transwijk. (more info on the festival: http://www.festival-utrecht.nl/). June 16th will be the next date for the elephants in the Acu! And sat june 2 we will play in Tivoli de Helling, together with a motherload of soundsystems from utrecht (sideburn, skank around etc.). Further..there will be a soundclash with a famous local hiphopcrew at dbs on june 9th...stay tuned for more news on that one...
